In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 15 percent of the service price. Cancellation and No-Show Fees: The cancellation and no-show fees are set at 15 percent of the service price. These fees are designed to compensate our staff for their time and effort in preparing for your appointment. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
